We welcome reports of factual errors, outdated regulator links, unclear wording, broken internal links, and material omissions. Include the page URL and enough detail to locate the issue.
How reports are assessed
We compare the report with the policy language or primary source available to us. When a carrier-specific or state-specific question cannot be resolved from a public source, the page should tell readers what to verify instead of guessing.
Material changes
A confirmed material error is corrected in the page content and the modification date is updated. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be corrected without a separate notice.
